About us
Living Water Church is a local community church located on the Queens and Long Island dividing line in Bellerose, New York. We exist to share the hope of Jesus in word and deed — through worship, fellowship, and service to our neighbors.

Our history
What began in 1979 as a small Friday-evening prayer meeting in a Floral Park home is today Living Waters Church — a testament to God’s faithfulness across generations.
A handful of believers begins meeting for prayer every Friday evening in Floral Park, NY. It grows to 50–60 people as God moves with healing and deliverance, while intercessors fast and pray through the week.
After years of prayer, God gives the prayer group its name — Living Water Ministries International — confirmed by Prof. Rev. T. C. Mathew in 1994 at the home of Koshy George in New Hyde Park, with seven servants of God present.
The church is incorporated with New York State on December 27, 1997. On January 19, 1998, God provides a facility where 100 people can worship.
The first Sunday worship service is held on February 6, 2000, in New Hyde Park. On March 31, 2000, Pastor Koshy George is ordained for the extension of the gospel work by Pastor T. S. Abraham, Pastor K. M. John, Dr. Rev. T. C. Koshy, Pastor M. P. Georgekutty, and other servants of God.
By God’s grace and without any outside collection, the church purchases its own building in Bellerose, New York, on August 11, 2012.
A Malayalam service begins on August 9, 2015, for the older Malayalam-speaking generation — alongside the English service, Sunday School, youth meetings, and kids club the church has run from its earliest days.

Senior Pastor
Called by God to start a Friday prayer meeting in 1979 and ordained in 2000, Pastor Koshy George has shepherded Living Waters Church from its humble beginnings in Floral Park to its home in Bellerose today.
